When we started this adventure in 1993 as a casual restaurant in the Alaçatı Fisherman's Shelter, we could host approximately 90 people and offer our guests 3-4 types of fish and 10-15 different appetizers. Nowadays, in our year-round restaurant, we host approximately 350 people daily with 45 types of cold and 35 types of hot appetizers and seafood carefully selected according to the season.
My father Fahri Varhan, the founder of our restaurant, transferred his 24 years of experience to both his employees and me at a young age, ensuring that we were raised from the core. Since that day, we have combined corporateness with family warmth, always making our guests feel special. Since I was 6 years old, we have done every job in the restaurant without discrimination, shoulder to shoulder with my father, and recreated Fahri'nin Yeri. After 2004, we became the sought-after name for business dinners, special invitations and meetings. We also managed to win hearts with our magnificent view where the sea meets the seagulls.
The start of the port project was also a good step for us. We created our customer portfolio and continued on our path with more solid steps. I took over the business completely from my father in 2014. We made some changes and presented world flavors to our guests with different presentations. Our priority has always been for you, our valued friends, to have a nice and enjoyable time in our venue with our smiling, sincere and educated staff. We will continue to be happy with your satisfaction.
